WHY You need to hire a Lifestyle and Wellness coach…

Lets say for example that you have a weight loss goal. Lets be more specific and say this goal is fat loss of “30 lbs”. You purchase fitness magazines and have tried everything that you read, bought countless supplements that have ads in those magazines. (You know the pictures, a tanned, oiled up body with washboard abs and veins resembling a road map.)

None of those approaches work for you,  so you decide to get a gym membership, join in on fun classes such as step classes that resemble “Dance dance revolution” in video arcades, to intense spin interval classes pouring buckets of sweat onto the ground below you. Because hard work= great fitness results right? WRONG.

You lose about 10 lbs! Feel great, feel better when you look in the mirror, get excited, hire a personal trainer and a nutrition coach. Yippee, its finally going to happen.

Then… for some reason… you just cannot seem to stick to it. You miss sessions with your trainer, you eat more and more junk food, (notice how I did not use the word “cheat”, I despise that word)
and you completely, and regretfully, fall off the wagon.
You were so close! You were down 10 lbs, and now all of a sudden, you gained that back plus another 10 pounds!

What… the hell… happened??????

Think of your approach from the start. The whole reason why you decided to exercise and eat healthier was because you hated how you look. Your inner dialogue would scream negative thoughts every time you looked in the mirror. Your relationship with your body became so unhealthy that you chose to exercise because you hated your body.
